The property had bed bugs when we moved in. There was mould in all of the bathrooms and the house was not cleaned prior to our move in. The garden is not secure, there are fallen and missing fence panels around the perimeter. There were multiple leaks in the ceiling which were not fixed properly resulting in damp patches and mould on the hallway ceiling. We did not have a working hoover and the sofas were old and dirty. One was broken when we moved in.

The property was okay but there were a lot of issues with it that took ages to get seen to even with us asking multiple times for them to be fixed.

The property was fine, with a few fixes that took a while to be attended, but most landlords in Selly Oak are the same. They take advantage of the necessity of students to live near the university that they do not care to attend them properly.
