Some of it was nice as it had been refurbished. However so many issues it just wasn’t worth it. Raw sewage leaks up from sinks and showers and in the garden due to improper plumbing. Mirrors stuck on with hot glue and jsut left to dry by themselves so either fell off or wonky. Landlord had no communication so an issues jsut didn’t get resolved in the time they should’ve. With a better landlord and letting agent I’m sure this could’ve been a lovely place to live (if they actually finished the garden by getting rid of the rubble, putting up fences, paving it and sorted out the loose wires outside)

Really big rooms so good value for money, but slightly dodgy electrics- seem to have to change a lightbulb once a month.
