As expected. I knew what I was looking for. Why do I have to write certain amount of characters here?

It's where I know and love. Might not be for everyone but Islington as a location is perfect.

Relatively nice area with a large Tesco, a post office and a good range of shops. Quite quiet overall. There aren't any good local pubs, which could be a downside. The massive drawback is the lack of public transport links - it's a bus ride or a long walk to both the nearest tube stations. It's not a particularly green area in general, although there is a tiny park a few streets away and a bigger one about 20 minutes walk away. The street itself was quiet and mostly filled with families. There is on street permit parking available, although it was always very busy. We were by far the worst, most run down building on the street. The flat is part of a terraced house and the downstairs flat seems to be short term let rooms rather than a flat itself. The people downstairs were often extremely noisy and because it seemed to be a short term place there were new people coming in and out of the building all the time. We sometimes had issues with post going missing/being thrown away.

Live in another unit, if you think £600 is sensible to be charged for living in the poverty safari for middle class kids that is Fountayne Road. Loads of very nice people live on the road.

Leather Lane is very noisy, with noise disturbances lasting well past midnight, yet it has one of London's best food markets; incredible quality for great prices. Hatton Garden is the premier place for jewellery shopping, and Clerkenwell itself is a beautiful area perfect for quiet strolls. It is very well connected. Soho and Shoreditch are 20 minutes walk away, and the area is serviced by Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations, allowing you to get to cities on the Thameslink line, such as Brighton or Cambridge, with relative ease.

The neighborhood is nice enough although crime has become a serious concern and there is not one weekend where you do not hear people fighting in the streets, police cars chasing down criminals or general lawlessness in the area
