The neighbors used to be a grow house (weed) but they got busted and now a family of about 7 Romanians live there. It's also opposite a youth centre so kids tend to hang about.

Lovely community spirit with only one unbearable neighbour out of the many who live within this close knit community

Good local area - close to tube stations and good shops/supermarkets nearby. Quite a noisy road.

Fairly isolated, no cafes, shops, or culture as such. Bus stop directly outside and short cab ride to Brixton or Balham tube station. Nice and quiet location.

I love the area, but find a different place to live in it. I would happily move in next door, just so long as I can warn every new tenant to get out without paying their last 2 months of rent.

Ok area, a bit rough but charming. Bus stop nearby, with a train station 30 minute walk away, at the university. 5 minute walk to a Spar, but there was a corner shop 100m away. I tended to walk to Aldi, 20 minuets away. Behind us was the River Irwell and the flood plain was nice for walking. We were located just outside the Manchester eruv. The area was described to us as "safe, but come on, it's still Manchester."

Good transport links (I don't drive but still managed to regularly travel to both Glasgow and Edinburgh easily, and beyond too when necessary).
ScotRail was limited on a couple of occasions in heavy snow but not much anyone can do about that. Local roads get interesting in winter with ice and heavy snow but it's Scotland, if you expect anything else you're kidding yourself.

20 minutes walk to the edge of Norwich City Centre, 15 mins walk to the train station / Morrisons / retail Park / leisure centre / cinema /restaurants. Great location, there's a short footpath up to the main road just outside the flat. This always felt safe.
Delivery drivers sometimes get a bit lost with the flat numbering system because there are 3 roads and Glendenning is at the end of the long cul-de-sac.

Brilliant love it, lived in this area for 14 years. Easy access for me to major routes, parks and shops.

Fairly quiet residential streets, close to the Urgent Care Centre, a couple of schools, a children's centre, a park, a playground and a relatively short walk from a decent selection of grocery shops, takeaways, vets, doctors, dentists and newsagents.
