Great transport links, handy high street shops, area improving. Near to a local park, decent neighbours.

The area is thought to be a bit 'posh' to locals surrounding the development. There are no public transport links in the development and it's a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Shops and schools a mile away in the main village.

On the whole very good. Great location, mostly good locals. Fab shops and very close to the sea. Was the main reason I moved there. Can get noisy sometimes due to the close proximity of the pubs, but I knew that when I moved in and it wasn't too bad.

Leamington is lovely but not at the cost of these landlords. Perfect location for a student house but not worth it.

It's a fairly good neighborhood with good facilities. It's quite safe but the location of the property is very close to a school so a few noisy children. There's a close by dentists, doctors, pharmacy and shop though.

Very close to transport links and shops. A bit dull, but felt safe. Would be good for families.

Quiet area. Shops nearby. Good access to medical centre and shops. Parking is a distance away from the house

Great being so close to Upper Street in London as well as Highbury and Islington with Overground and Victoria lines.

Close to a bus stop and a few miles from the motorway and city centre. Off road parking is another plus.

Close to a Tesco Metro Store. Close to bus stops.
Noise issues from time to time from nearby petrol station.
