Despite the poor condition of the property Anna Mcmahon at Ellinson and Co. insisted on removing just under 100 pounds from my deposit because despite me and my family cleaning the hob for an hour she decided it wasn't sufficiently keen, and that I wasn't removing the fridge from the premises quick enough even though she knew the removal was booked and that the delay had been because of the council. Her argument was that the 'property couldn't be advertised or rented with it'- but she had no problem renting it to me with leaking roof, damp patches on walls and bricks and broken glass left in the front garden and an overgrown back garden. Classic greedy and unsympathetic landlord filled with 'computer says no' administrators who have no respect for tenants money.

When I moved into the property there was a leaking roof, damp patches on walls and bricks and broken glass left in the front garden and an overgrown back garden.
