Letting Agent rating
Very rude staff who refuse to acknowledge their own errors. Letslivehere told me that I would not be allowed my keys until I signed a disclaimer stating that I accept the lack of furniture in the house and accept that the property was not as advertised.
During the process of complaining; the director of the agency showed up at my property with absolutely no warning and proceeded to bang on the door which I found to be intimidating. The landlord of the property was forced to change to another agency as Letslivehere, who were happy to take our money for admin fees, did not take any responsibility for any of the issues in the property and instead blamed the landlord, so myself and the other tenants were stuck in a loop of being passed form agent to landlord continuously until the landlord finally changed agent; I have had absolutely no problems since the change - which highlights the shear incompetence of Letslivehere.

Property rating
The furnished property I signed for had no furniture when I arrived for first week and I had to sleep on the floor until they installed a bed. The agency refused to reimburse my rent for this time without furniture - however they eventually gave me back the extortionate admin fee after a prolonged period of complaining.
I had to demand that they install the legally required fire safety equipment such as an extinguisher and fire blanket.
