The insulation is really bad, and that is why I cannot recommend this property. This apartment is built on top of the roof. There are gaps where the walls meet the floor so there is draft. There is no gas heating, so electricity bill is quite big.
Additionally, there are problems with the internet. The ADSL phone cable net was dropping connection so had to change to mobile net eventually. No fiber cable available.
