We don't deal with the landlord directly as such, but rather through her husband who is a nice, responsive guy. When we've had issues in the house, he comes around and fixes them promptly. Pleasant and approachable.

Two-bed semi-detached with back-garden, shed, a driveway, and loft space. The house is in above-average condition, clean neutral decor carpeted upstairs and bare wood flooring downstairs. Living space is suitable for two adults. Kitchen is quite small but usable. Backs onto a school field which gives a nice bit of green to look at. Virgin Media isn't available here so you'll be stuck with BT.

Area review for Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Area rating: 7

Parklands is a nice area. Access to facilities is good, supermarkets are nearby; access to town via Regent Centre and Wansbeck Road Metro Stations are good as well as buses from the main Great North Road and Regent Centre. The main Park Avenue is used as a through-road and I notice is used by speeding drivers not obeying the 20MPH limit occasionally.
