I wish that all owners would offer properties to this very high standard. (We saw some horrors while we were looking, shame on them and their agents.) Our landlady Rebecca was such a lovely person, a pleasure to deal with, and was respectful and unobtrusive.

The property had been extensively upgraded and was in immaculate condition, freshly decorated in a neutral palette and flooring throughout was brand new. Both kitchen and bathroom refitted to a very high standard. All appliances were in excellent working order.

Kingston Park is a mature residential neighborhood. The property is very well situated, with excellent transport links, great local facilities, and extensive shopping outlets. To top it off our neighbours were such lovely people.
