Reckless and careless. Both of them (the old and the new).
New beds and matresses needed - nothing.
New fridge needed - nothing.
Car park key - nothing (they requested 55 £ for one. And it is supposed to come for free. As all our neighbours confirmed it)
Working buzzer - nothing (you have to pass through 3 doors to catch the postman/delivery guys. Lots of times it happened to lose the postman because mandatory documents needed to be signed and collected)

- Found it to be very rude with their very often visits that were not announced every time min 24 hour in advance.
Happened 3 times for them to INTRUDE by entering straight ahead, following up with excuses such as “oh sorry, we ringed you/texted you and you didn’t answer”. My boyfriend once was in the bathroom showering and the agent was trying to enter to show it to the visitor. Embarrassing. Luckily the door was locked.
Total lack of manner and knowledge (regarding the contract) coming from the agents. It clearly says in it that in emergency cases they are allowed to enter the property without the tenant’s consent. Is a visit an emergency? Ridiculous.
- Very slow-paced. Not as efficient as they claim to be. Everytime an issue was reported it took a good amount of time to be solved ( the only good thing that happened was that they replaced the oven - but after 3 months of REQUEST) and in lots of the cases, they were ignored.

It’s a 2 bedroom flat, oldish, with dark blue carpet all over the bedrooms/lobby and living room, cream-white walls, white doors.
- Living room comes up with one soggy and smelly corner sofa, bookshelves, table with 2 chairs (low quality)
- Bedrooms have really worn out beds, build-in closets and steamy windows with weak handles (one bed broken in the small bedroom and fixed it with sellotape, literally)
- One old kitchen (has a stove from the 80’s, same as the extractor full of grease and without any filter changed, really tiny and weak fridge&freezer, weak faucets at all times and a washing machine that came with a drawer full of black mold and strong smell)
- One bathroom that is overall ok (had to change the shower head and the hose-the landlord/agency didn’t bother; it also has a wobbly toilet seat);
- One storage room (just basic)
- One boiler room (which was very often faulty in the beginning - had to shower with cold water for 1 month).
- 1 parking spot (very “secure”. Very often the gate for the parking lot entrance as well as the one for the pedestrians were faulty and left open days to weeks, causing the result of lots of theft - 2 locked bikes stolen)

The price of the rent is not worth it.

The only great thing about it? 10 min walk to city centre. Everything is close.
Area a bit noisy. Being close to center, in the night lots of people pass next to the building, as well as cars. The apartment being at the ground floor.
