Southampton neighbourhood. Right near McDonald’s. All in all fine area to live in no real problems.

Other large hmos in the road were not well managed and arguments could be heard when landlord and family went into the property to evict tenants it was horrible

Great and beautiful place area wise, my new best friends are from here now for life, very close to the sea

Great bus stop right outside. Nice to have Withdean Park in your back garden. Lovely puppy park!

Near the Guiseley train station and town centre but property was in a small cul-de-sac that was overlooked by many neighbours around the area.

Anti-social behaviour from next door neighbour & others in the street. Police & council involved. Community protection warning issued to next door neighbour.

Ok area, a bit dirty. Great amenities and transport links. Not worth living in this property.

Quiet and nice neighborhood, relatively close to the University of East Anglia. Behind the main street (the Avenues) were the bus goes to the city and also to the University.

The area is okay, 10 mins to the Canary Wharf. Bus and DLR are close, Tesco is available nearby.

The neighbourhood is ok. Tho I wouldn’t advise anyone to work with Propertyline as the don’t help you as a tenant at all
