Chilled street. Pub next door & restaurants on Chandos. Close to gloucester road & whiteladies

Outside the building is lovely. The neighbours withing the building are rather rude.
Passers-by are very polite, smiley etc.

There is a massive sainsbury's a five-minute walk from the property. In addition, there are bus stops a five-minute walk away which link with buses to travel easily to town or to the university. Neighbourhood was quiet and serene.

Jesmond is a lovely area of Newcastle upon Tyne. Its perfect for students however, can be expensive. There are lots of bars, restaurants, takeaway shops, and pubs, however, there is not much provision in terms of grocery shopping - only a small Waitrose, a Sainsbury's local, and a small Tesco metro. There are 2 metro stations in Jesmond (Jesmond and West Jesmond station), however, it is only a short walk into the center of town and to the unis. Jesmond dene and Town moor are easy to access and are both lovely, especially in the summer.

Within walking distance to the town, good transport links to the university and hospital further outside of town. Near a sainsburys, McDonald’s, a McColls, and several takeaways.

Would have been nice I am sure , but it was all marred by the terrible house. Neighbours were nice

A nice well kept neighborhood. We were renting on tevoit avenue in Aveley. The neighbors were nice enough.

The road outside the house can sometimes be a little noisy, along with the tram and students. However, nothing too bad and quiet compared to central Lenton. Plus very near to Uni Campuses and QMC, so ideal location for students. The shops were however a bit far, with Tesco being the nearest and then Sainburys and Lidl being a 15/20min walk down the canal.

Lovely local area, walking distance from Eaton Park and near Unthank shops and restaurants. Quiet and off Colman Road.

The local area outside the building was rally nice but the building itself that had this flat was dodgy! There are a lot of alcoholic people holding their Whisky and sitting on the couches of the porch.
