Tenancy review for 21 Jamaica Street in Riverside, Liverpool rented from L1 Lettings

It was agreed that landlord can show the apartment to future tenants. It will be fine to me if I will be informed before. Unfortunately sometimes I was surprised by visitors without geting prior information. Landlord was just enetering the apartment with group of people. Once it happened while I was taking shower.
Landlord was not interested in solving problems of constant loud music and night parties in one of the apartments they replied the noisy tenant does it for his univeristy studies.

Building made very low quality, thin walls and floors, you hear all your neighbors.
It was very common to hear very loud music from neighbors and them coming back with friends from party and making noise on staircase. Security said they let them in cause they promised to be quiet
Agent did nothing while asked to calm (group of people at 3am).
Both security and landlord did nothing while asked to solve the problem with constantly loud music in the dorm.
Radiators are heating only for one hour, after the time you have to turn it on again. Its a big issue with just one radiator in the apartment and during cold nights.
The only positive thing here are brand new furnitures.

Area is relatively nice, keep in mind there are few clubs working at night in the area that is quite annoying for tenants living on lower floors.
