Good with communication via email if they respond writhin 7 days but have an 03 number that takes 10 minutes to get through on that will cost you 5% of your student loan.

Property rating
No wifi, even though it was stated that we would have it. Very damp flat with poor insulation. Relatively poor security, the building was broken into a lot. If you're looking for somewhere in Liverpool, Hello Student are as good as a wheelie bin.

Area rating
I actually like the area it's close to town and close to convenience business such as shops etc. If you're attending edge hill uni I would highly recommend Ormskirk if possible because the commute is horrendous
