Landlord rating
Doesn't respect boundaries or requests of tenants, phones up and says he'll show up within like 10 minutes. Flat was poorly maintained and in a state of disrepair. Didn't fix hot water issues for about 3 months, still expected to be paid the rent. Didn't fix water leaks to a ceiling and never fixed a hole in a ceiling. At end of tenancy he harassed me about letting him do viewings.

Extremely noisy, pub across the street having karaoke and blasting music daily. Chicken shops attract yobs who destroy the bus shelter and litter, and climb the buildings and kick doors in.
