ARW refused to try and cover gaps and holes to stop mice getting in. Mouse man called in just poisoned them and led to them dying aroudn the house and having to sleep with the smell of rotting corpse. Poor carpet quality, holes in the walls and floors between the carpet and scurting.

Holes in floor between carpet and scurting. Black mould in bathroom and bedrooms no matter how hard we tried to get rid of it. House was not cleaned before move in. Spiders and mice, gaps in the house everywhere.
