We were promised several repairs that never occurred, like getting our doorbell fixed and an actual letterbox. There was a leak in a bedroom that took four months to be fixed and in the meantime I was advised to put a bucket under it. We moved out due to the coronavirus crisis as we couldn’t afford to keep it on as we all lost our jobs and then the letting agency then proceeded to rip us off, doing things like charging £25 for a lightbulb being missing, charging us for things that were not there when we moved in and charging us a cleaning fee for a spotless flat.
