They were fine. There were times they cut it fine with 24 hour notice but not as bad as some. They do send annoying emails however.

Property rating
Scuffs on walls and bathroom fixtures, horrible solid plate hob, oven well beyond expiry date, mix matched appliances, no where near enough washing machines for all the flats. If you live on the top floor like me don’t expect anything to be delivered. Supermarkets will refuse to deliver as there isn’t a lift, takeaways don’t like the stairs either. Also the flats aren’t clearly marked out. Have to give detailed directions of where I am to receive anything.

Bus users listen up, this is directly across from a high school, so if you leave the flat between 12 & 1 on a school day please expect to spend your bus journey watching the kids take over the bus and don’t plan on getting off before the Overgate as they won’t let you past to get off. Also a nightmare on a Sunday as buses are only once an hour. Also it’s at least a mile away from any shop.
