The landlord did come and try to find the issues of the leak in one of the bedrooms. It took a good few weeks for them to recognise it and fix it. I did find the landlord more helpful than the agency communication.

Repairs are a major issue. There was something wrong or broken in every single room of the flat. Felt like I had to argue a lot to get repairs done which is not fair. They also sent a 6 page cleaning list when you check out (despite claiming they deep clean the flats which is false), they charge £25 just for a lightbulb out so we have had to start deep cleaning our flat 3 weeks before we move, out of fear of not getting our deposit back or being charged cleaning fees. Horrible experience start to finish.

The property was really big however we inherited lots of repairs from the previous tenants that still had not been finished or even started. Took me another 2 months to get the hole / leak in the ceiling repaired. It was never redecorated as agreed.

It is a really good area of Dundee. Right in town but a quiet street so there isn't a lot of road noise.
