Landlord rating
An absolute monster and a scary, verbally aggressive woman. Her actions and harassment caused long-term emotional damage to myself and the other 3 young women who had the misfortune of renting one of her many Belfast properties. She should have her licence removed given the track record she has of abusing her position as a landlord. Check she's not the landlord of any property before choosing to sign a lease! You WILL regret ever meeting her. And be careful also that her son, who has likely taken over her property empire by now, hasn't also inherited her hideous personality.

The property was well kept and spacious but nothing could make having to deal with Irene Blaney's abuse worthwhile.

Area rating
Filthy with severe rubbish and pest problems. Noisy at night. Hard to park on surrounding streets. Good connections into city centre though with buses.
