Fiona was an amazing landlady. Prompt at responding to communication, always respected the 24 hour notice. Promptly fixed stuff, helped arrange bedroom, even helped my fix a whiteboard to the wall. Stayed there 3 years, only increased rent once, always lovely and amicable, I got my full deposit back as well, even after making a few holes for the whiteboard and scuffs from the wheelchair.

It is a new build, only 3 years old, however it is lovely. Fully furnished, fully adapted for wheelchair users (myself for example), patio doors to the back, easily kept warm if anything house is too easy to warm. Bills all included in the rent, sky box and the works.

Not a bad area. Great for students. Next to morrisons so easy shopping, in upper Bangor so close to most university buildings, and bus stop for morrisons just 30 seconds away from front door. Only issue is sometimes people are a tad noisy when cutting down the alleyway to lower Bangor.
