Letting Agent rating
Passive aggressive like all agencies, but not terrible. Our washing machine broke and they left us a new washing machine outside the front door the very next morning. But also, after our burglary the police urged us to contact the agent about the broken main door. They did nothing to fix it. Had to contest the return of deposit, resolved eventually.

Converted church flats, not in good condition. Worn down and very dusty/full of spiders. Building's door lock was broken and we were burgled.

close to town, but a high crime area. Fairly isolated near main road, but next to a second hand furniture shop and 5 mins from bus station.
