The landlord is a kind middle aged woman, she is quick at replying to queries in emails or texts and answers the phone in emergencies.
She attempts to sort all house issues herself such as damp, mould, lighting issues and comes over only when it suits the tenants.

The furniture is old, the kitchen is small and the bed rooms differ from being massive to being box like- so rent needs to be divided up depending on room size.
There is slight mould in one bedroom and the upstairs bathroom but the landlord is working on it

Coronation Avenue is a long street in Oldfield park, near by to an array of shops, take aways, schools etc.
Parking is scarce and it is often difficult to find a space nearby.
There is a school just down the road and parents often park on the street making traffic and parking really overloaded; which is frustrating for tenants.
