Really nice flat tucked away with a private outside area and private entrance. It's close to town with a nice walk past the royal Cresent to get there. The lower room is extremely insulated so when there is heatwaves or cold spells the room will not be affected so it's very nice to get a break from bad weather and also the bottom room doesn't get any mold. Only downside would be mold and less insulation in the upstairs part but was okay to manage and didn't have any pest issues

Quiet area down a small road. It's a pretty area close to the royal crescent on one side and the higher areas of bath where there are really nice views on the other side. Can walk to Morrisons in around 15 minutes. There is a primary school and doctor's surgery on the road so can get busy with cars.
