Overall good, easy to get in contact with. Not very willing to help out though unless it's an emergency i.e. they willingly replaced the fridge/freezer when we first moved in but when our bathroom radiator started leaking and they were told about the windowsill being damp/not having a sill they did nothing about it

Most of the time reliable but not very good at communicating i.e. when the landlord says something can't be done, they don't tell us and just ignore the problem instead of explaining the situation
We were also told we were going to be charged for maintenance AFTER they had completed the job and not before which was not ideal

4 bedroom house in decent condition when we first moved in, however could do with being freshened up i.e. filling in holes/repainting
Overall appliances were dates-fridge/freezer and cooker/hob are new which is excellent but the boiler constantly loses pressure and we never have hot showers just luke warm
Easy to maintain garden
Few issues of damp in rooms

Nice area, mainly families so quiet. Close to the big part and a bus route at the end of the road taking you to city centre. Can sometimes be an issue parking but that is a general problem in birmingham. Neighbours generally good however one side is constantly noisy and causing trouble
